The rules are simple:

Drivers must be 21 years old or older.
Drivers must supply their own helmet and driving suit
Drivers must have a major credit card to pre-authorize for any damages
(you break it - you buy it)
Drivers must pay non-refundable deposit of $100.00 to lock in date
Drivers must sign liability waiver prior to getting in car
Drivers are limited to slower than 6.39 ET in 1/8 mile
No refunds for bad weather or breakage (we will reschedule)
Driver limit is five drivers per day - first deposit, first to drive

Failure to follow any instruction will be grounds for dismissal from class
and no refund will be given.

We intend to give you the ride of your life. Drivers must realize there is a risk
involved and everyone must operate in a safe and orderly way.
